Children’s and Adults’ Mental Health Case Management
We serve infants and children, ages four to 21, and adults who meet Mainecare Eligibility Requirements and who live in Cumberland and York counties. We provide case management to coordinate and advocate for needed mental health, educational, legal, financial and supportive services. Once an assessment is made, case managers meet with families and children or adult clients on a regular, usually weekly, basis to establish treatment goals, plan interventions and monitor progress. Our case managers can meet with clients in the client's home or other appropriate place of their choosing.
How It Helps
Case managers assess the unique needs of their clients and their families, and arrange, coordinate and advocate for needed mental health, educational, legal, financial and supportive services within the client’s community.
Who's Eligible
Mental Health Case Management services from Youth Alternatives Ingraham are available to residents of the greater Portland community.
