Children’s and Adults’ Mental Health Case Management
We serve infants and children, ages birth to 21, and adults who meet Mainecare Eligibility Requirements. We serve adults who live in Cumberland County and Children throughout the state. We provide case management to coordinate and advocate for needed mental health, educational, legal, financial and supportive services. Our children's case management program also serves children with developmental disabilities. Once an assessment is made, case managers meet with families and children or adult clients on a regular, usually weekly, basis to establish treatment goals, plan interventions and monitor progress. Our case managers can meet with clients in the client's home or other appropriate place of their choosing.
How It Helps
Case managers assess the unique needs of their clients and their families, and arrange, coordinate and advocate for needed mental health, educational, legal, financial and supportive services within the client’s community.
Who's Eligible
Our Adult Mental Health Case Management services are available to residents of the greater Portland community. Our Children's Case Management Program is available to children ages birth to 21 who qualify for MaineCare throughout the state.
