Mental Health Support Services
Support Services at Youth Alternatives Ingraham provide intensive case management, in-home support and outpatient services to those affected by mental illness and/or homelessness. We also offer state-of-the-art training, education, and publications.
At Youth Alternatives Ingraham, we are committed to the principals of High Fidelity Wraparound. Our treatment philosophy is rooted in the belief that a client’s voice and choice, as well as the voice and choices of her/his family, are essential to successful outcomes.
| Community Support Services: |
Engagement, assessment, individual service planning, implementation, crisis intervention and prevention, and advocacy. |
| Mental Health Case Management: |
Provides case management for children (ages four to 21) and adults with a serious mental health disturbance or mental illness. |
| Outpatient Psychiatry Services: |
Psychiatry services including psychiatric evaluation, medication management and counseling for adults requiring individual solution-focused outpatient services. |
| Outpatient Therapy: |
Quality services to individuals in need of mental health counseling. Outpatient clinicians provide outpatient care to individuals, over the age of 18, not in crisis.

| Broadway Crossings: |
A short-term therapeutic alternative to hospitalization for adults experiencing a mental health crisis. |
| The Bridge: |
A 12-bed emergency residence for homeless adults with a major mental illness, providing a safe, supportive environment, comprehensive treatment and connection to community resources. |
| Morrison Place at Randall St.: |
A 12-bed treatment facility offering intensive individualized treatment of homeless adults with co-occurring mental health and substance abuse issues. |
| Training and Education: |
Training and consultation on a range of topics including suicide prevention, substance abuse, customer service, stress management and depression in the workplace. Maintaining and publishing two comprehensive resource tools: "Resource Link", a directory of community resources containing information on human services; and the "Teen Yellow Pages" a directory of resources and information for youth.
