Jonathan Derrah memorial fund
"With the establishment of this fund, the Derrah family honors Jonathan's life by bringing young people in our programs who have college aspirations one step closer to their dreams."— Michael J. Tarpinian, President, Youth Alternatives Ingraham
This fund was created by the family of Jonathan Derrah, a young man who passed away in 2005 while a student at college.
Through this fund, kids who receive support and care from our organization and who aspire to further their education, can get help for school-related costs they otherwise could not afford.
Many kids in our programs, through no fault of their own, lack educational opportunities that would help them move out of difficult economic circumstances or challenging personal histories. That is why we are so pleased to be able to offer this educational support to young people receiving our services.
