Children's Case Management
Successful Partnerships
Children’s Case Management at Youth Alternatives Ingraham At Youth Alternatives Ingraham, we know that successful outcomes depend on a solid partnership between a child’s family and a team of professionals. The family and team work together to identify the medical, social, educational, and other needs of the youth.
We serve children and youth ages birth to 21 years statewide who meet Mainecare Eligibility Requirements. We also serve children with mental retardation, autism, pervasive developmental disorders and children who are at risk for developing a disorder.
Once an assessment is made, case managers meet with families and children on a regular, usually weekly, basis to establish treatment goals, plan interventions, coordinate services, and monitor progress. Case managers will meet in the family’s home or other appropriate place of the family’s choosing.
